WAMA is a platform that allows businesses to manage their WhatsApp communications using the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We provide tools for messaging, automation, and contact management.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service strictly in accordance with Meta's Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages / spam.
  • Sending content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these policies or if your WhatsApp Business Account is banned by Meta.

5. Fees and Payment

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. We reserve the right to change our pricing and will provide notice of such changes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WAMA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WAMA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
